The role

Provides strategic leadership for PMO and Project Controls services, driving high-performing teams, best-in-class delivery, and robust industry engagement. Ensures innovative, client-focused solutions that enhance project outcomes, strengthen Mace’s market presence, and consistently exceed expectations.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Lead strategic planning and delivery across key programmes, aligning outcomes with business objectives and long-term vision.
- Champion safety, quality, sustainability, compliance, and operational excellence across all activities.
- Provide expert leadership in PMO and Project Controls, fostering strong client and industry relationships.
- Oversee budgets and resources, ensuring commercially sound, ethical, and compliant operations.
- Shape business unit strategy, driving sustainable growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.

You’ll need to have:

- Extensive PMO and Project Controls leadership on major construction programmes.
- Expert in integrated controls frameworks, governance, risk, and data analytics.




- Strong client engagement, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant degree and professional accreditation (APM, MSP, P3O/P3M3, or equivalent).
