About this role:

Join Queensland Rail’s ETCS Readiness & Integration team as the Integration Manager – RMC to which you will be responsible for the leadership of key stakeholders and subject matter experts involved in the production and delivery of Business Readiness rail management advice and activity related to enhancements of systems, infrastructure, and planning

This role is a temporary full-time position until 30/06/2028. You will be working in the Brisbane CBD with an opportunity to be involved in a high-profile, long-term project.

You can expect some of your responsibilities to include:

- Lead, develop and manage a program of works to enable the successful implementation of Major Projects as it relates to Lines of Business activities
- Take a lead role as the key specialist and point of contact in Major Projects in relation to programs of work being managed by the projects ensuring that Lines of Business needs are met and that strong stakeholder relationships are maintained
- Lead key stakeholders, subject matter experts and advisors ensuring they have the capability and leadership support to deliver a high level of advice, support and technical expertise to both Lines of Business and Major Projects
- Identify,



acquire and direct resources required, assuming performance management responsibility for both internal and contracted resources.

What you can bring to the role:

- Experience delivering operational readiness, integration, project, change and risk management activities within a complex operational environment.
- Solid stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across business and project teams.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subject matter experts to achieve successful outcomes.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex issues and competing priorities.
- Knowledge of rail operations or other large-scale operational environments.
- A commitment to safety and alignment with Queensland Rail's Values and Behaviours.
