My client is a well-established CA practice located in the heart of Parramatta. The firm specialises in a range of solutions across; Business Services, Audit & Assurance, SMSF, Wealth Management, Corporate Advisory & Business Development.

The team consist of 4 Partners and approximately 25 staff and is a member of a larger network of national firms. Due to its size, it can offer a wide breadth of tailored services while still maintaining a personal & people focused approach.

In this role you will be reporting into a Director and managing a client portfolio of approximately $1 million in fees. The team currently includes two Accountants and a Supervisor/Assistant Manager.

In the office you will find a qualified yet relaxed culture where hard work is recognised and rewarded. There is good longevity amongst the tea, with severla tema members having been with the business for over 10 years. Salaries are benchmarked and reviewed annually and team members have access to 2 days WFH once settled into the role.





Key responsibilities of this role will include:

- Managing a portfolio of clients to ensure excellent service delivery and identity opportunities to expand services
- Managing the administration of workflow and invoicing, reporting outcomes and issues to the Director.
- Delivering tailored solutions across compliance, tax, and advisory services for a client portfolio
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professional staff
- Working collaboratively with the reporting Director and wider leadership team to drive strategic objectives for the business

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A reliant teriarty degree and CA or CPA quaification
- A minimum of 5 years experience in public practice, including at least 18 months in a management level role - reviewing the work of junior team members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have proven experience managing client relationships
- Experience working with a devrse range of group clients
- Prior exposure to external audit services (highly advantageous but not essential)
