This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join a highly regarded commercial builder with a strong Sydney pipeline and a reputation built over more than 30 years.

You’ll join an experienced project team delivering quality commercial projects while continuing to develop your contractual, commercial and project delivery skills.

The Opportunity

You’ll work alongside an experienced Project Manager and project team, gaining exposure across:

- Procurement and subcontractor management
- Contracts and variations
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Client and consultant coordination
- Design management
- Project programming and delivery
- Project close-out

You’ll be given genuine responsibility while still having experienced people around you when you need support.

About You

You’ll bring:

- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar
- Commercial Contracts Administration experience
- Experience on quality commercial projects
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Positive communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable references
