Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced IT Stakeholder Engagement Manager. In this high-impact role, you will report to the QPC ICT Program Manager and serve as the primary liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders to support the establishment of the Queensland Protection Commission (QPC).

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, executives, and key stakeholders across assigned business functions.

Partner with business leaders to align technology initiatives with strategic objectives and operational challenges.

Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, including facilitating governance forums, steering committees, workshops, and executive briefings.

Proactively identify, manage, and elevate stakeholder concerns while facilitating resolution for conflicts between business requirements and technical constraints.

Assess stakeholder impacts and resistance points to develop engagement approaches that support system change management, business readiness, and solution adoption.





Develop reports measuring stakeholder satisfaction and engagement effectiveness to drive continuous improvement in governance and communication practices.

About You:

Solid executive-level engagement skills with demonstrated experience building trust, credibility, and alignment with business and IT leaders.

Proven track record in executing engagement strategies and facilitating governance forums, steering committees, and executive briefings.

High-level experience supporting business readiness, monitoring solution adoption outcomes, and partnering with change management teams.

Demonstrated capability to resolve conflicts between business needs and technical constraints and provide executive-level briefings on critical issues.

Significant experience working within large, complex digital transformation programs.

Agile or Prince2 certifications, and Change Management certification (Prosci or equivalent) are highly regarded.

Must be eligible to work in Australia and clear suitability checks including an Australian Criminal History Check (and NZ Police Check if applicable) and a Responsible Disciplinary Action Check.
