About the opportunity

An established hospitality business in the Northern Rivers is seeking an experienced General Manager / Licensee to lead day-to-day operations and develop a high-performing team.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who combines sound commercial judgement with a strong focus on food, beverage and guest service. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of venue performance and help shape its continued success.

The role

Lead daily venue operations and maintain consistent service standards.

Recruit, mentor and develop a capable hospitality team.

Create a positive, proactive working environment and lead by example.

Oversee the food and beverage offering with a focus on quality and the guest experience.

Use reporting and analysis to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

About you





Previous hotel management experience, including knowledge of bar, food and accommodation operations.

Current RSA and RCG certificates.

A practical, hands‑on management style and the confidence to lead independently.

Strong people skills, sound judgement and a skilled approach.

A passion for hospitality and a commitment to consistent standards.

Experience with hospitality technology systems, reporting and analysis, and an understanding of local customer needs and business drivers will be highly regarded.
