Our Corporate Affairs team plays a critical role in protecting and enhancing Macquarie’s reputation, supporting business growth and driving positive social impact. What role will you play?
As an Executive, Business Management & Project Delivery within our Corporate Affairs Business Operations team, you will support the delivery of strategic initiatives, operational improvements and business management activities across the division. Working closely with senior leaders, you will coordinate projects, support governance and reporting activities, track key priorities and contribute to the successful execution of business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in project delivery, stakeholder engagement and operational excellence while contributing to initiatives that create meaningful impact across Corporate Affairs.
What you offer
- Experience in project coordination, business operations, administration or a similar role, with the ability to support initiatives from planning through to implementation
- Strong organisational skills,
attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience preparing reports, presentations and management information
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with an interest in improving processes, supporting change initiatives and delivering high-quality outcomes; experience with project collaboration tools would be beneficial
