SALES COORDINATOR | EXHIBITIONS | FAST PACED & FUN

The Exhibition Coordinator is responsible for administering exhibitor requirements at exhibitions, maintaining exhibitor relationships with a view to ongoing sales, and supporting the successful delivery of exhibitions. The role involves upselling and cross-selling Harry's business services, managing customer service, and completing administration tasks involved with delivering exhibitor orders.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain exhibitor relationships with view to ongoing sales
n
- Maintain relationships with exhibitors by providing support, information, and guidance; creativity and innovation
n
- Ensure timely, accurate and creative exhibitor correspondence including show specific websites
n
- Assist Account Managers and Account Coordinators in successful delivery of the Exhibition
n




- Up-sell and cross-sell all parts of the Harry's business in particular signage solutions, display solutions and stand upgrades
n
- Maintain high level of customer service by adhering to Harry's processes, timelines and guidelines
n
- Complete all the administration tasks involved with successfully delivering exhibitor orders
n
- Ensure all invoicing is accurate and payment terms are met
n
- Ensure compliance with all company's policies and procedures
n

- Meet budgeted sales target – upsell existing jobs

- Target upgrade sales at Harry's Exhibitions
n
- Secure new business (10k+)
n
- Observe and practise OHS in line with company guidelines
