nYou will have the capability to manage and lead our venue teams, ensure the smooth operational workflow of Food & Beverage processes, and most importantly be “the face” of the business and ensure our customers and clients have a rewarding and memorable dining experience.n

nThese roles require resilience and persistence to ensure that the company strategic vision is understood and implemented by your team. You will need to take the lead in making decisive yet commercially driven decisions for your business. Your ability to engage with other departmental staff and our external service providers is paramount to your success.n

nIdeally you will have come from a food and beverage background in a multi-disciplined, innovative hospitality company and thrive on taking the lead to get things done. You excel at dealing with operational challenges in a tightly resourced workplace and the people issues that comes with this business.

nTo ensure your success in this role you will have:n
n
nA minimum 2+ years’ experience in a managerial rolen
nPassion for providing quality cuisine and exceptional customer servicen
nP&L; capabilities, staff recruitment, casual/perm wages and costingn
nStaff management, chefs and casual labourn
nSound knowledge of F&B;, including experience in menu and concept designn
nAbility to increase revenue Y2Y, across restaurant, functions and eventsn
nExtensive skills in marketing, events, functions and sales managementn
nStrong leadership capabilities, true motivator and a dedicated mentorn
nExcellent knowledge of produce and wine and running of a venuen
nMotivation and innovation with the ability to lead by examplen
nExcellent communication skills, time management and dedicationn
nHigh level of cleanliness and hygiene, Immaculate Grooming and presentationn
nAbility to work 5 days within a 7 day roster with 2 days off in a row (occasional night shifts)n
nClear communication skills, flexible, resilient and passionaten
