As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of our retail store. What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Answering customer queries and providing product information
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store setting
n
Replenishing and restocking merchandise as needed
n
Handling cash and processing transactions accurately
n
Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety standards
n
Supporting the wider retail team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
n
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
n
Excellent problem‐solving and decision‐making skills
n
Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
