LOX IN A BOX- Kitchen crew wanted- ALL LOCATIONS! (Coogee, Bondi, Paddington, Marrickville)

Our kitchens are looking for casual Bagel Hands who can keep pace with a busy crowd without dropping standards. You'll prep, build and plate bagels that keep our regulars coming back.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Prepping ingredients and building bagels to spec
n
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and compliant
n
- Supporting FOH to keep service moving during rushes
n
- Managing stock rotation and mise en place
n

WHAT YOU'RE LIKE

- Cool, calm and collected during peak periods
n
- Dependable, your station always runs like clockwork
n
- Willing to help out across the kitchen as needed
n
- Solid communicator with the team
n

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Food handling and hygiene knowledge
n
- Comfortable with high-volume prep and production
n
- Consistent with recipe specs and presentation
n

n

Full Australian working rights, or a valid visa with sufficient work hours available

Available weekends Hygiene-conscious and reliable
