Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve and exceed KPIs to drive store performance.

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a polite and skilled demeanor.

- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation.

Requirements:

- Jewellery experience is preferred but not essential; on-the-job training provided.

- Proven experience in achieving and managing KPIs.
