ReadyTech is seeking a Product Discovery Lead to build and lead our product discovery practice. You will run research, validate problems, and coach PMs across squads while shaping a workforce software platform with real compliance considerations.

You bring entrepreneurial energy, solid discovery skills, and the ability to translate customer insights into prioritised roadmaps. This role supports a hybrid work model across Melbourne, Sydney, Hamilton, and remote Australia/NZ.
