Ku-ring-gai Council invites applications for a senior strategic planner to lead the Urban Planning function on the North Shore of Sydney. You will provide direction across urban planning, environmental planning and heritage while guiding a team of 10–15 staff.
You will develop and review the strategic planning framework, LEPs and DCPs, oversee the Development Contributions System and heritage planning controls, working with Councillors and government bodies to deliver sustainable outcomes.
