Charterhouse is seeking a Workplace Relations Business Partner to join a government department in Parramatta on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days WFH and 3 days in the office.
You will coach managers on IR and P&C; matters, handle investigations, and guide policy reviews in collaboration with the P&C; team. A degree in HR or related field and at least five years of experience in a large, unionised setting are expected.
