Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and process driven Logistics Co-ordinator. The primary function of the role will be to provide support to the Import and Seasonal Logistics team. This full-time role will work closely with both customers and suppliers (international and domestic) to ensure the smooth coordination of purchasing and shipping activity.

Day to day, the role will be responsible for accurately raising purchase orders, managing the end-to-end shipping process, maintaining all required shipping documentation, and ensuring internal systems and logistics partners are kept up to date with accurate information.

Key responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle import operations, including container bookings and tracking, customs clearance, and shipping documentation
n
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, 3PL's and overseas suppliers
n
- Support the Purchasing and Seasonal team, particularly with placing and tracking overseas orders, documentation, and ensuring timely delivery
n
- Robust focus on attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of shipping terms, freight rates, and world-wide shipping market
n
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying inefficiencies and working with the team to implement better systems
n
- Build strong relationships across logistics, sales,



and warehouse teams
n
- Support team in export and seasonal activities as required
n

About you

n

n
- Knowledge and understanding of import logistics, international shipping, and supply chain life cycle
n
- Solid understanding of container logistics, shipping documentation, and customs processes
n
- Experience supporting overseas purchasing and managing foreign payments
n
- Strong experience using MS Excel and accurately maintaining data
n
- Comfortable with data analysis and business reporting
n
- Process-oriented with a mindset for continuous improvement
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously
n
- A collaborative team player who introduces change with care and respect
n
- Desirable: Experience in FMCG, wholesale, or import-based industries (especially confectionery)
