- Provide information and referral to clients at reception in person, and via phone and email
n
- Triage and refer clients to appropriate internal and external services at reception
n
- Respond to general enquiries
n
- Maintain bilingual information hub with relevant and up to date information to support clients
n
- Maintain a referrals database with relevant and up to date information to support clients and staff
n
- Manage sessional services as required, including making appointments and sending information to relevant persons
n
- Manage the registration of clients to sessions and centre activities
n
- Record and enter statistics
n
- Maintain staff movement system
n
- Provide clients with access to centre facilities, such as photocopying and fax
n
- Undertake supervision and support of volunteers
n
- Undertake administrative tasks related to the role,
eg statistical collection, referral notes, etc.,
n
- Partake in agency events such as open days, refugee week events, families events, annual general meeting
n
- Partake in regular supervision and support processes
n
- Undertake other duties as requested by management
