The Role n

We're looking for a general Commercial/Common law Lawyer to join our Mornington team, on either a part time or full-time basis. You'll work across a genuinely varied caseload, predominately in a range of commercial files and some litigation files. Experience in Estate Planning would also be highly regarded.

This role suits either a 2nd or 3rd year lawyer looking to build their knowledge and experience with mentoring from an experienced practice principal, or a more experienced lawyer looking for variety in a more relaxed environment.

What You'll Bring n

n
- Strong knowledge of commercial law with litigation file experience
n
- Knowledge of Estate Planning, superannuation law and SMSFs (advantageous, not essential)
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
n
- Strong research and analytical skills
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
n
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in law
n
- Experience in a similar role
n
- A current Practising Certificate
n
