Looking for an opportunity to build your career in property? Join our Commercial Property Management team in this hands-on role with a strong focus on leasing and marketing . You’ll be involved in everything from leasing enquiries and inspections through to property listings, campaigns and digital marketing, with exposure to the broader property environment.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Respond to leasing enquiries, arrange inspections and follow up prospective tenants
n
- Assist with applications, leasing administration and tenant commencement
n
- Maintain strong communication with prospective and existing tenants
n
- Coordinate property listings, campaigns, photography, signage and marketing collateral
n
- Deliver social media, website and digital marketing activities
n
- Monitor market activity and campaign results, contributing ideas to improve enquiry and presentation
n
- Coordinate day-to-day tenant and property requirements
n
- Coordinate tenant vacates, inspections and follow-up of make-good works
n

- Confident using technology and willing to learn new systems

- A genuine interest in property, leasing and marketing
n
- Previous experience is not essential, we’re looking for the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn
n
- Marketing, social media, property, sales or administration experience would be advantageous but not essential.
