The Chance An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing boutique client-side project management consultancy based on the Sunshine Coast. With a fantastic pipeline of projects secured, the business is looking to add a capable Project Manager who can take ownership of projects and work closely with clients, consultants and delivery teams from project inception through to completion.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing projects across the full project lifecycle, including:

- Managing client-side project delivery from inception through to completion
n
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
n
- Managing project programs, budgets, procurement and risk
n
- Leading project meetings and reporting to clients
n
- Managing design development and documentation
n
- Overseeing construction delivery and project outcomes
n
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
n

The Role

n





You will be responsible for managing projects across the full project lifecycle, including:

- Managing client-side project delivery from inception through to completion

About You

n

We are looking for a Project Manager with:

n

n
- Proven experience delivering commercial or property projects
n
- Strong client-side or consultancy project management experience
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong understanding of project budgets, programs and procurement
n
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
n
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management, Property or a related discipline
n
