Job Description
n
- Established and growing fire protection and compliance business servicing Sydney and wider NSW.
n
- Large field team of 20+ experienced fire technicians, supported by dedicated operations and administration staff.
n
- Many years operating within the fire protection industry with an established client base and strong market presence.
n
- Provide a complete range of fire protection, testing, maintenance, compliance and certification services.
n
- Work across commercial, multi-storey/high-rise, strata, industrial and complex built environments.
n
- Service both individual properties and larger multi-site/property portfolios.
n
- Well-established business that continues to grow its team, client base and service capabilities.

Position
n
n
- Mostly autonomous role in field WFH and office based.
n
- Inspect and certify fire measures & works across a Sydney portfolio.
n
- Verify work completed in conjunction w techs actioning work orders.
n
- Conduct verification and assessments of applicable essential fire safety measures.
n
- Assess measures within your relevant FPAS accreditation categories.
n
- Complete assessments required to support compliance and regulations.
n
- Review works, existing documentation, previous reports and building information.
n
- Ensure fire safety measures meet compliance and quality assurance.
n
- Liaise with building owners, strata managers, facility managers, technicians and contractors.
n
- Work across commercial, high-rise, strata, industrial and other built environments.
n
- Generous salary band between $150k - $200k + car + super

- Autonomy and flexibility enabled,
WFH sometimes and from office.

Experience needed
n
n
- Current FPAS Accreditations across several fire safety measures.
n
- Experience completing fire inspections/certification in NSW.
n
- Understanding of essential fire safety measures and fire safety schedules.
n
- Experience within similar commercial, strata, high-rise, industrial or built environments.
n
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and fire regulations.
n
- Ability to identify defects and clearly communicate required rectification works.
n
- Strong reporting, documentation and compliance skills.
n
- Confident dealing with clients, strata & facility managers, technicians & stakeholders.
n
- Ability to independently manage site inspections and multiple assessments.
n
- Current driver's licence and ability to travel to sites throughout Sydney
n
n
Sydney based role full time perm, FPAS Accreditation is required to be suitable.
