About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to drive the implementation and adoption of business process change as part of a large-scale, ICT-enabled business improvement program focused on modernising workforce management practices.

This is acontract opportunity , where you will lead change delivery activities end-to-end—partnering closely with program and business stakeholders to ensure effective engagement, communications, readiness, and lasting adoption.

You will also uplift internal change capability bycoaching and mentoringteam members, while proactively managing change impacts, risks, and issues to support successful transition into the future-state operating model.

Required skills / experience

- Proven delivery experience inbusiness change / organisational change managementon large ICT-enabled transformation programs
- Strong capability instakeholder engagementacross executive, operational and frontline/end-user groups
- End-to-endchange implementationskills within healthcare sector preferredAbility to develop and delivercommunications and engagement plansand supporting collateral
- Demonstrated experience withbusiness process change




- Experience conducting or supportingchange impact assessmentsand translating impacts into actionable change activities
- Strongcoaching/mentoringcapability to build change maturity within project/program teams
- Solid track record inrisk and issue identification/managementrelated to change adoption
- Comfortable operating withingovernance and quality frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with solid facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder sessions
