This is a unique chance to join Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) as our Organisational Development Manager and lead the next stage of our organisational capability, leadership and culture journey.

Reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in delivering CHRH's commitment to providing Best Care for every person, every time through the development of exceptional leaders, engaged teams and high-performing workforce.

This position offers flexibility through hybrid working arrangement, while recognising that organisational development is fundamentally a people-focused discipline. The role requires regular onsite presence to build relationships, coach leaders, facilitate workshops and deliver leadership programs across CHRH's campuses.

Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
