We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join a fun and successful strata brokerage in Sydney.

Due to continued business growth, this is a newly created role. The role would suit someone who has 3 plus years in property, strata broking.

n

This role will provide you with managing your own portfolio of accounts, in a supportive and progressive working environment that provides excellent employee benefits.

THE ROLE

n

- Manage a comprehensive portfolio management, overseeing individual client renewals from start to finish
n
- Analysing client risk profiles and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored risk solutions
n
- Offering concise and informed general insurance advice to clients, involving the creation of detailed reports and coverage summaries
n
- Skillfully negotiating with underwriters on behalf of clients, serving as a dedicated advocate.
n
- Presenting renewal terms to clients
n
- Diligent renewal management to secure business retention,



addressing policy inquiries, and managing alterations
n

The successful candidate must be able to manage, develop and maintain long term meaningful working relationships with key clients at all levels.

n

- Relevant general insurance experience in broking, 3 years plus preferably
n
- Experience across property/strata
n
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
n
- Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Positive attitude and driven to succeed
