Integrated Trade Services is a Brisbane-based electrical and air-conditioning contractor working across Brisbane, Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast. We deliver commercial fit-outs, school and government projects, body corporate and property management works, and new construction for builders. QBuild, the Department of Education, national retail and hospitality brands and Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders are all part of our regular workload.

The bulk of the work is commercial, alongside residential and service work for established clients, so there is variety in the week rather than the same job over and over. The Position

n

Full-time, permanent. Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm. Occasional after-hours or weekend work by arrangement, paid at the applicable rate. Reporting directly to the Director. Vehicle goes home with you, so there is no daily depot run.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Commercial electrical installation, maintenance and fault-finding to AS/NZS 3000 and Queensland requirements

n

Reading and working from drawings,



specifications and services documentation

n

Installing and terminating switchboards, submains, lighting, power, data and mechanical services electrical

n

Testing, commissioning and Form 12 and compliance documentation

n

Running small jobs independently and supervising or mentoring an apprentice on larger ones

n

Communicating clearly with builders, site supervisors, clients and the office

n

Keeping accurate job notes, photos and timesheets in our job management system

n

Maintaining a clean, safe site, a tidy vehicle and correct SWMS and safety paperwork

n

$50 to $60 per hour plus super, based on experience

Weekly pay, not fortnightly or monthly

Ongoing training and tickets paid for, including EWP, confined space and working at heights

A clear pathway to leading hand, site supervisor or project management as we grow

Direct access to the owner. Decisions get made the same day, not up a chain of command

What We're Looking For

n

Queensland Electrical Work Licence, or eligible for immediate transfer to QLD

n

Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician

n

Commercial electrical experience in fit-outs, construction or maintenance

n

Ability to read and work from drawings and specifications

n

White card

n

Test and tag, EWP, working at heights, confined space or asbestos awareness tickets

n

Experience with mechanical services electrical, data cabling or fire services interfacing

n

Experience on QBuild, Department of Education or builder-run sites

n

Experience mentoring apprentices
