More about the role

You'll be :

n

n
- Working in a team.
n
- Friendly customer service – including an unwitting ability to be empathetic and positive towards your clients, without dropping your amazingly professional attitude
n
- Onsite and remote support – including troubleshooting technical issues over the phone with clients (using remote tools when necessary)
n
- Tech services – such as system rollouts, backup restorations and workshop PC/Server support
n

n

Experience with the following technologies is beneficial:

- Networking

- Office 365

- SharePoint

- All forms of Desktop Support Windows 11
n

- Passion for technology and proven experience working with IT software, hardware, networks and peripherals
n
- Previous tech support experience;
n
- Proven customer service experience and a drive to help people
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Ability to pick up new technologies and learn new systems quickly
n
- Ability to relay technical terminology to non-technical people
n
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
n
