You'll work closely with the General Manager and Advisory Group,



turning business strategy into practical plans, budgets and measurable results.

About the Aggregation

n

Located approximately 45km west of Moree, the aggregation includes:

n

n
- 12,900ha dryland cropping
n
- 2,160ha potential irrigated cropping
n
- 8,600ha extensive grazing
n
- Approximately 500ha irrigated cotton
n
- Cropping wheat, barley, chickpeas, canola, sorghum and dry land cotton
n
- 50,000-tonne grain storage and handling capacity
n

The property has been progressively improved over more than 30 years and has well-established infrastructure, a robust team and potential to improve productivity and profitability.

About You

n

You'll be an experienced agricultural production manager who combines strong commercial thinking with practical farming knowledge.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Management of large-scale dryland cropping or irrigated cropping systems
n
- Leadership experience across people, resources and farming operations.
n
- Financial and commercial acumen with budgets, forecasts and performance data
n
- A strong understanding of agricultural safety systems
n
- Confidence using technology and evaluating innovation
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
