Join Boral, Australia's largest vertically integrated construction materials company, as a Quarry Supervisor at our Marulan operations. You'll take ownership of the safe, efficient and cost-effective day-to‐day running of the quarry and its mineral processing plant. Leading a team of around 45 people through four Team Leaders, you'll drive production, safety and cost performance using a data-driven approach. Working closely with the Production Manager, Sales and Maintenance teams, you'll help shape daily, weekly and monthly production plans. What You Will Be Doing

n

- Leading safety on site through toolbox talks and visible field leadership, mobilising the team on safe work practices
n
- Optimising load and haul cycle times, and crusher and screen performance, to meet production targets at the best cost structure
n
- Supervising,



engaging and developing an operations team of circa 45 people across the mine and processing plant through four Team Leaders
n
- Using fleet monitoring software and plant data to inform operational decisions and lift performance
n
- Setting clear expectations, monitoring team and plant performance, and driving continuous improvement in safety, cost and efficiency
n
- Coordinating with Sales and Maintenance teams to support the Production Manager in production planning and forecasting
n

What Are We Looking For

n

n
- One to three years' experience in an operating mining environment (open-pit or underground)
n
- Exposure to load and haul, drill and blast, and crushing and screening operations
n
- Experience using fleet monitoring or mine production software to optimise load and cycle times
n
- Some supervisory or team leadership experience
n
- A Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mineral Processing or a closely related discipline desirable
n
- Relevant statutory competencies (e.g. quarry/mine Tier 1 supervisor certification), or a willingness to obtain them
n
