We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to join our team and play a key role in enterprise ServiceNow implementation and migration initiatives .

This role requires a robust ServiceNow professional with broad knowledge of the platform, its modules and capabilities, and the ability to provide expert guidance on solution design, best practices, target-state architecture and implementation approaches .

The successful candidate will have strong experience across key ServiceNow capabilities, particularly Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)/Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Vulnerability Management/Vulnerability Response, and ServiceNow Service Portal .

You will work closely with business stakeholders, security and risk teams, architects, developers and project teams to assess current-state environments, define target-state solutions and support the successful implementation and migration of ServiceNow capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the solution design and technical approach for enterprise ServiceNow implementation and migration initiatives.
- Develop scalable, secure and maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture.
- Conduct current-state assessments and identify gaps, dependencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Define target-state ServiceNow architecture, solution designs and implementation approaches .
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, configuration and development best practices.
- Design and support solutions across GRC/IRM, Vulnerability Management/Vulnerability Response and ServiceNow Service Portal .
- Work with business, security, risk, compliance and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and recommend migration strategies, transition approaches and implementation roadmaps.
- Ensure solutions maximise the use of ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities and minimise unnecessary customisation.
- Design and review ServiceNow configurations, workflows, automations, integrations and custom applications.
- Provide technical guidance on Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise or third-party systems using REST, SOAP, APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Support the design and implementation of GRC and IRM capabilities , including risk management, compliance, controls and related processes.
- Support Vulnerability Management and Vulnerability Response solutions, including integration with vulnerability scanners and security tools.
- Design and enhance ServiceNow Service Portal capabilities, including portal configuration, user experience, widgets, workflows and integrations.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical workshops, design sessions and stakeholder discussions.
- Review technical designs and development deliverables to ensure alignment with ServiceNow and enterprise best practices.
- Provide technical direction and guidance to development and implementation teams.
- Identify and resolve complex ServiceNow platform,



configuration and integration issues.
- Support testing, deployment, production transition and continuous improvement activities.
- Prepare and maintain solution design documents, architecture diagrams, technical specifications and implementation documentation.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform capabilities and recommend opportunities for improvement and optimisation.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience , including solution design, architecture, development and configuration.
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions .
- Mandatory experience with ServiceNow GRC and/or Integrated Risk Management (IRM) , including areas such as risk management, compliance, controls and policy management.
- Mandatory experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Management or Vulnerability Response , including vulnerability management processes and integrations with security tools or vulnerability scanners.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal , including configuration, customisation, portal components, widgets and user-facing solutions.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, capabilities and best practices .
- Proven experience conducting current-state assessments and defining target-state architectures and solution designs .
- Strong experience supporting ServiceNow implementation, migration or transformation programs .
- Demonstrated ability to define and recommend migration strategies, implementation approaches and technical roadmaps .
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration and development practices.
- Strong experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs and IntegrationHub .
- Strong understanding of out-of-the-box ServiceNow functionality versus customisation , with the ability to recommend sustainable and scalable approaches.
- Broad understanding of multiple ServiceNow modules and how they integrate within an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of security, risk, compliance and vulnerability management processes .
- Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solution designs.
- Experience working closely with security, risk, compliance, infrastructure, development and business stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills.

ServiceNow Service Portal

- Hands-on experience designing, configuring and enhancing ServiceNow Service Portal solutions.
- Experience with portal customisation, widgets, user-facing workflows and integration with ServiceNow applications.
- Ability to recommend best practices for portal design, usability and user experience.
- Ability to design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple platform capabilities.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, customisation and integration patterns.
- Ability to assess current-state environments and define scalable target-state solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and the ability to provide technical guidance to delivery teams.

Migration & Implementation

- Experience working on ServiceNow implementation, migration or transformation initiatives.
- Ability to assess existing platforms and develop migration and transition strategies.
- Experience identifying technical dependencies, risks, gaps and implementation considerations.
- Ability to support the definition of implementation roadmaps and phased delivery approaches.
