The Living Company is seeking an FP&A; Manager to own financial planning and analysis for our Student Living and BTR assets. You will ensure budgeting and forecasting are accurate, timely, and serve as the primary contact for budgeting across the business.
You will partner with commercial and operational teams to generate insights on occupancy, room rates, and revenue drivers, and lead the improvement of FP&A; processes with one direct report. The role is based in Sydney CBD in office.
