Senior Marketing Manager, bring structure to a fast-moving, high-profile marketing function

Professionals Group Australia is bringing more project management rigour to its marketing function following a long-serving marketer's departure. The network has just come through a major brand transformation and is investing heavily in its marketing function to match, this is a genuine chance to help shape what comes next, while keeping pace with a genuinely high-volume, service-driven business.

The impact

In your first 6-12 months, you'll:

- Build the briefing, approval and reporting rhythms that turn a reactive, always-on workload into a well-run, visible pipeline
- Bring genuine project management structure to a marketing function servicing a large national network
- Establish yourself as a trusted partner to leadership and the creative team, protecting a brand fresh off a major national rebrand

What you'll do

- Own end-to-end delivery of priority marketing projects and campaigns, from brief through to launch and reporting
- Act as brand custodian, leading governance and approvals across a large, multi-site network
- Drive national campaigns and digital lead generation across paid media, social and content
- Brief, direct and get the best out of an in-house creative team and embedded agency partners
- Bring a solid client-service mindset to a member-facing, franchise-style business
- Lead and develop a Marketing Manager, and contribute to annual planning, budgets and platforms

What you need (must-haves)

- Proven experience owning marketing project delivery end-to-end, briefing, timelines, approvals and reporting
- Strong brand management and governance experience, balancing consistency with quick, practical solutions
- Confidence briefing,



directing and getting the best out of creative teams and agencies
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and lead generation, including paid media, social and conversion
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced, client-service environment (membership, franchise, multi-site or agency backgrounds all transfer well)

Nice to have

- A background that spans both agency and client-side marketing
- Experience in real estate, franchise or membership-based businesses

You’ll report to the CEO and work closely with a Creative Director and their team of 4 designers, a MarketingExecutive who reports to you, and embedded media and digital agency partners.
