A growing Australian manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to help drive its next phase of performance and development.

This is a key leadership role with genuine scope to influence how the business operates and performs. The foundations are strong, with an opportunity to further lift capability, develop leaders and embed greater consistency and accountability across manufacturing.

We are looking for an experienced manufacturing or operations leader who combines strong operational capability with commercial judgement and genuine people leadership. You will have led change and improvement within a manufacturing environment and be comfortable balancing longer-term priorities with day-to-day operational demands.

Leadership capability is critical. You will develop an experienced team,



set clear expectations and build greater accountability for performance. Your ability to influence, challenge constructively and bring people with you will be as important as your technical experience.

Experience within building products, construction materials or a related manufacturing workplace will be highly sought after, particularly steel, metal products, roofing, cladding, prefabrication or other products supplied into the construction sector.

Formal Lean or continuous improvement capability will also be highly regarded.
