Architectural Specification Manager - High Residential Product

The Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity to join a highly regarded European product supplier representing one of the most premium and technically sophisticated product ranges in the market.

The Role

As Senior Architectural Representative, you’ll take ownership of the Sydney market across high-end residential and multi-residential projects. This is a genuine sales role — you’ll be responsible for opening doors, developing specifications, managing projects through the sales process and ultimately winning the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with Sydney’s leading architects and interior designers
- Build strong connections with boutique developers and builders
- Identify and create recent project opportunities across the residential and multi-residential market
- Introduce and specify a premium European product range
- Manage projects from initial opportunity and specification through to quotation, negotiation and close
- Build a strong project pipeline and consistently convert opportunities into sales
- Represent the brand at the highest level across the Sydney design and construction market

About You





- Established relationships across Sydney’s high-end residential and/or multi-residential market
- Strong network across architects, interior designers, developers and builders
- Proven experience in architectural, specification, technical or project-based sales
- Commercially driven, with a genuine ability to close, not just influence specification
- Confident opening doors and creating opportunities
- Persistent, proactive and comfortable owning your market
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to sell a solution rather than simply a product
- Genuine passion for premium design, architecture and quality
