RCL Consulting is recruiting a Project Manager for a highly reputable commercial construction builder with a strong footprint across Queensland.

The business has a solid pipeline of quality projects ranging from $5M – $50M, across education, health, multi-residential and mixed-purpose developments.

The Role

You will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants,



subcontractors and site teams to deliver projects safely, commercially and to a high standard.

About You

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
- Experience delivering projects between $5M – $50M
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- A genuine interest in a long-term opportunity with a reputable builder
