We are currently seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join the a ferderal government agency across aFunding and Disclosure Reform (FAD) Program.

n

The FAD Program is a significant regulatory and technology transformation established to implement legislative reforms to the Commonwealth Funding and Disclosure Scheme, increasing transparency and accountability within a key system.

n

Working within a complex multidisciplinary program, the Change Analyst will provide hands‐on change support with a particular focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), technology go‐live, stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness. We are looking for a practical, hands‐on Change Analyst who enjoys working closely with the business and project delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Support the planning and delivery of change activities across a complex technology and regulatory transformation.
n
- Support UAT and go‐live activities, working closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, SMEs and technology delivery teams.
n
- Develop communications, surveys, presentations and supporting change materials.
n
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and collect,



analyse and report stakeholder feedback.
n
- Monitor tactical change activities, identify risks/issues and escalation where appropriate.
n
- Integrate change activities into Agile delivery workflows, working closely with multidisciplinary project teams.
n
- Support business readiness, adoption and resistance-management activities.
n
- Develop clear reporting and documentation to communicate change progress, risks and outcomes.
n
- Analyse data and feedback to identify trends and support decision‐making.
n

You will ideally bring:

n

n
- Approximately 1–3 years' hands‐on change management/change analysis experience.
n
- Experience working within a complex transformation or technology program.
n
- Exposure to UAT, technology go‐live and implementation/readiness activities.
n
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and verbal communication skills.
n
- Excellent written communication and ability to develop concise documentation and reports.
n
- Confidence analysing data and presenting findings.
n
- A proactive, collaborative and adaptable approach.
n
- Federal Government or similarly complex organisational experience would be highly regarded.
n
- An active AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory and must be held prior to commencement.
n
