As the Customer Banking Specialist in ourGympie Branch,you'llbe theface of Commbank & thefirst personcustomersspeak with, you will:

Greet each customer & clearly understand theirenquiry, guiding the customer to theappropriate channel

n





Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance theirexperience

n

Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options

n

Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuringit'srunning effectively & efficientlyandthatcustomers are satisfied with their experience

n

We'reinterested in people who have:

A proventrack recordof delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality

n

Excellentcommunication skills & display all the right behaviours tomaintainan approachable & qualified demeanour

n

Theability to manage customer expectationswith a professional presence

n
