Repco is seeking an experienced State Trade Sales Manager to lead our Customer Development Team across Regional Victoria (West & Gippsland) and Tasmania. This hands-on leadership role focuses on sustainable channel growth, increased share of wallet, and strong trading margins while coaching a high-performing field team.

You will spend most of your time in the field with your team and customers, with one admin day per week. A results-driven mindset and robust communication are essential.
