Facility Manager – Residential Aged Care

Collar Care is seeking an experienced and passionate Residential Service Manager to join a well-established residential aged care organisation in Queensland .

This is an exciting chance for an experienced aged care leader looking to take the next step in their career and make a genuine difference to the lives of residents and their families.

The Opportunity

- Position: Residential Service Manager
- Location: Hervey Bay region, QLD
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: Up to $165,000 + super , based on experience
- Preferred Start Date: Prior to 10 September
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years' experience as a Residential Service Manager within residential aged care

About the Role

As the Residential Service Manager, you will provide strong leadership across the residential aged care service, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance and positive outcomes for residents.

You will be responsible for leading and supporting staff, overseeing clinical and operational performance,



and fostering a positive and person-centred culture within the service.

About You

We are looking for a confident and experienced aged care leader who has:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Residential Service Manager or similar senior leadership position
- Strong knowledge of residential aged care operations and clinical governance
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and support multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and leadership capabilities
