What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside industry-recognised legal experts, your scope will be broad, commercially significant, and intellectually rewarding. What we are saying is this will not be boring! You will:

- Advise blue-chip developers and institutional landholders on project delivery strategies and legal risk
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of complex agreements, consultancy agreements
- Support end-to-end development lifecycles and infrastructure portfolios
- Navigate civil, mining and major construction project frameworks
- Guide contractors and subcontractors through complex contract submissions, procurement processes, and negotiations
- Collaborate with our disputes team on matters relating to contract enforcement, progress claims, security, variations, and defects




- Advise on infrastructure planning and funding agreements, aligning legal structures with regulatory frameworks

About You

You'll bring legal insight and commercial acumen in equal measure, with a robust grounding in construction law and a passion for the built setting.

- 3-5 years' post-admission experience in front-end construction, infrastructure, or projects law
- Be admitted to practice in an Australian state or Territory
- Genuinely want to take control of your career and want to learn from industry experts
