Humanised Group is seeking a hands-on Change Manager to lead the people side of a cybersecurity program within a large organisation. You’ll own the change approach, create plans across multiple tech projects and personally deliver key activities.
You’ll work across Business IT and cybersecurity, aligning change with project schedules, engaging senior leaders and business users, and guiding adoption of current security practices to business as usual.
