Senior HCM Business Analyst

Start date: Immediate.

End date: 6 months from the start date.

Pay: AUD 850-950 per day plus super.

Project: NSW Government HCM Project.

Location: Macquarie Park, and other Sydney Metropolitan locations as required.

Hybrid: 3 days in office per week minimum.

Hours of Work: 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week.

Role description

- Lead the business analysis workstream for the HCM Program, driving activities such as requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, documentation and implementation support.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve processes, services and user experiences through business transformation and technology-enabled solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with SMEs and stakeholders to understand current state services and systems, and capture business requirements.
- Lead the design and documentation of future-state processes and services,



ensuring alignment with the program's business transformation objectives while incorporating customer insights to improve service quality, efficiency and user experience.

Essential requirements

- 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in service transformation projects in the HR domain and complex HR project management/delivery workplace.
- Experience in HR/HCM transformation programs across Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central (EC) modules.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in business requirements gathering and documentation, business process mapping and creation of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous context without pre-established frameworks in place.
