Reporting to the Group General Manager, this senior leadership role drives standards, optimises guest experience and owns the venue P+L.

- Drive special events and activations to boost business
- Oversee assistant managers
- Ensure departmental goals, hiring, training, and performance targets are met
- Collaborate across teams to develop and maintain the venue's reputation and profitability
