Job Description

Emanate Technology is partnering with a federal government department seeking an experienced Azure Integration Developer to help deliver and support enterprise-scale integration and API solutions within a up-to-date Microsoft cloud environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong Azure integration background who enjoys solving complex business challenges, designing scalable solutions and working across critical systems. You'll play a key role in developing and supporting integration capabilities that enable secure data exchange and connectivity across enterprise applications and services.

About the Role

n

n
- Design, build and support enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies
n
- Develop and maintain APIs, services and reusable integration components
n
- Deliver solutions using Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure App Services and Azure API Management (APIM)
n
- Design and implement secure, scalable and resilient integration patterns
n
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, application and production support issues
n
- Contribute to technical design, architecture and solution documentation
n
- Support application lifecycle management, deployment activities and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Participate in Agile delivery teams and contribute to best-practice development standards
n
- Assist with system enhancements, platform modernisation and cloud adoption initiatives
n

About You

n

n
- Formal qualifications in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience
n




- 5+ years' experience delivering integration solutions within complex enterprise environments
n
- Strong hands-on experience with:n n
- Azure Service Bus
n
- Azure Functions
n
- Azure App Services
n
- Azure API Management
n

n
- Strong development experience using C# and the Microsoft .NET stack
n
- Experience developing REST APIs, integration services and enterprise application interfaces
n
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, messaging patterns and service-oriented design
n
- Experience working across the full Software Development Lifecycle.
n
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to build effective relationships with technical and business stakeholders
n
- Experience working within large, complex ICT environments
n

Highly Regarded

- Azure DevOps (VSTS) experience
n
- SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) experience
n
- Experience deploying solutions through CI/CD pipelines
n
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
n
- Knowledge of application governance, architecture and technical assurance practices
n
- Microsoft Azure certifications
n
- Previous Federal Government experience
