nPerform physical examination and establish medical history to determine donor suitabilityn
nBuild rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfactionn
nEnsure donor and staff confidentialityn
nResponsible for donor awareness to potential hazardsn




nProvide donor education regarding general health and provide counseling regarding unacceptable test resultsn
nEvaluate & manage donor injuries and adverse eventsn
nPerform evaluations of any history of illness or medications to ensure continued donor suitabilityn
nAssist in employee trainingn
nAdminister employee Hepatitis Vaccine programn
nJob Requirementsn
nEducated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocation Nurse or Registered Nurse.n
nCPR certification required.n
