MAYES Healthcare is recruiting an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategy, planning, implementation and performance across Anthia Life Science's portfolio. This is a senior, hands on commercial marketing role managing individual brands while maintaining a portfolio-wide view of products, customer groups, treatment pathways, channels and field teams. The role combines strategic brand and portfolio leadership with direct tactical delivery, including annual brand plans, launches, customer programs, field-force initiatives, campaigns, agency management, budgets and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

- Develop integrated commercial and annual brand plans for the Women's Health portfolio in line with Mayes Healthcare and Anthia Life Science's leadership direction.
- Identify shared customers, treatment pathways, channels, education needs and geographic opportunities, and convert these into coordinated activity.
- Use sales results, market data, customer research, field intelligence, competitor activity and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and required actions.
- Translate approved strategies into activity plans and progress work through briefing, development, review, approval, implementation and evaluation.
- Lead commercial planning, readiness and implementation for launches, major brand initiatives and lifecycle opportunities.
- Coordinate commercial requirements across sales, medical, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, quality, supply chain, finance, agencies and other stakeholders.
- Partner with pharmacy and specialist sales leadership to support practical, consistent field implementation.
- Manage brand and portfolio budgets, monitor agreed performance measures and provide concise reporting and recommendations.
- Work within all applicable medical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, quality and compliance processes.

About you

- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, commerce, science, pharmacy,



health or related discipline.
- Significant pharmaceutical or closely aligned healthcare brand management experience in Australia.
- Demonstrated experience in brand strategy, tactical execution, planning, segmentation, positioning, campaigns, budgets, and performance reporting.
- Experience leading or supporting launches, lifecycle programs or major brand initiatives across cross-functional teams and agencies.
- Strong understanding of the Australian healthcare environment, including market data, sales performance, customer insight, competitor activity and field implementation.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, agencies, budgets, stakeholders and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, quality, and follow-through.
- Direct experience in Women's Health, fertility, IVF, reproductive medicine, contraception, obstetrics and gynaecology, or a closely aligned specialty market, is strongly preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel across metropolitan and regional Australia, including interstate and overnight travel for field activity, customer engagement, launches, sales meetings, training and conferences.
- Flexibility to attend activities outside normal business hours where required.
- Completion of required product, compliance, pharmacovigilance, privacy, information security and field readiness training before undertaking relevant activities.
