Senior MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Sales

Delivery Centric is seeking aSenior Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant to provide senior functional leadership across a major Dynamics transformation. The role will work acrossbusiness, functional and technical domains , shaping solutions, challenging requirements, advising stakeholders and helping uplift the internal Dynamics team through hands-on leadership, coaching and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead discovery and requirements workshops with business stakeholders.
- Analyse sales and customer lifecycle processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardisation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and pragmatic Dynamics 365 solutions .
- Develop functional designs, process models, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead solution discussions across Dynamics 365 Sales, CRM and related business processes.
- Work closely with solution architects, developers and integration teams to ensure functional requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions.
- Provide guidance on Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation and integration considerations.
- Challenge existing processes and requirements to drive adoption of Dynamics best practices .
- Support solution validation, testing, defect management and deployment.
- Act as the senior functional escalation point for complex business and Dynamics 365 issues.
- Mentor and coach internal functional consultants and delivery team members.
- Lead knowledge transfer and help build strong internal Dynamics 365 functional capability.
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders and senior technology stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience

- Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and customer lifecycle processes .
- Proven experience in Dynamics 365 functional consulting and solution design .
- Solid understanding of CRM operating models and business processes.
- Experience across Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation and integrations .




- Strong business analysis and process optimisation capability.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into pragmatic technology solutions.
- Experience working as a Senior Functional Consultant, Functional Lead, SME or Dynamics Solution Consultant .
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching or leading Dynamics professionals.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Ability to work effectively across business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
