About the role

Snap Fitness Burwoodis looking for a self-motivated and results driven Club Manager, with a big personality to look after our 10 year old club.

About the Franchisee

n

Owner of 3 other highly successful clubs. The other Managers have a combined 20+ years' experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. Work with and be trained by other highly skilled and successful Managers with proven track records.

Skills and experience requirements

n

Certificate III and IV in Fitness (a bonus though not a deal breaker)

n

3+ years' experience in Management or leading a team in the Fitness Industry

n





3+ years' experience in any customer service industry (not specifically a gym)

n

Experience in a sales role

n

A strong leader

n

Experience in recruiting, training and driving a Personal Trainer team

n

Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined and driven to achieve results

n

Experience in Social media channels

n

Required to work Monday-Friday 10am-7pm

n

You're the sole driving force of the business. Know your KPI's and track your progress on a daily basis.

Recruit and manage your team of PT's to ensure their own business success

n

You'll have an eye for detail, a natural sales ability and look for any and every opportunity to grow the business

n

You're a people's person, you have the gift of the gab, a "can-do" attitude and you lead by example

n

Heaps of creativity, a fun personality,can multitask and prioritisetasks

n

Have agenuine care for your members and a want to help them achieve their health and fitness goals

n

Ready and willing to put in the hard yards to run a large member base club

n

The successful candidate

n

This is a full time position with Immediate start for the right person

n

Probation period of 3 months

n

Will receive training in all aspects of Managing a gym

n

Ongoing Training and hands on Support from Management
