Job Description

As a Site Engineer, you will support the delivery of projects safely, on time, and within budget. Working under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers, you'll assist with coordination of site activities, planning, and project execution while developing your technical and professional skills.

Key responsibilities

Planning and scheduling works to minimise stakeholder impact

n

Oversee day-to-day engineering activities on site

n

Ensure project delivery meets quality, safety, cost, and time objectives

n

Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments

n

Monitor progress and complete project reporting

n

Maintain accurate site records and documentation

n

About you

n

Degree in Engineering (accredited by Engineers Australia)

n

2-5 years of relevant industry experience

n

Exposure to civil, defence, or infrastructure projects (desirable, not essential)

n

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

n





Good communication skills and willingness to learn

n

Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Project and AutoCAD)

n

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

n

Fit for work and able to pass medical and drug & alcohol testing

n

National Criminal History Check clearance (or willingness to obtain)

n

Eligible to obtain Defence Common Access Card (DCAC)
