Role Description

This is a part time commission-based contract role for a Senior Physiotherapist at Saaroni Physio located in the Greater Melbourne Area. This job will be best suited for a qualified Physiotherapist looking for 1-2 days work per week with the idea to build. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients. You will be required to build your own case load on a pre-existing base. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing patients, developing treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and evaluating patient progress. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach with the ability to work independently and with a team of medical practitioners. Please note that this is an on-site position and must hold an ABN as a sole trader.
n Three satellite clinics within Medical Centres, all close proximity to each other (within ~2km)- you will be completely supported by admin staff for all payments and bookings and be expected to work across all three sites.

Qualifications

n

- A bachelor's or master's degree in Physiotherapy
n
- Current registration with the relevant qualified association and insurances
n
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, with a focus on musculoskeletal
n
- Excellent knowledge of evidence-based practice and the ability to apply it in clinical settings
n
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
n
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
n
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription
n
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Experience with Workcover, TAC and DVA
n
- Early Intervention Framework certificate ideal
n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and as an individual
n
- Ability to self manage and experience with Cliniko or similar programs
n
- ABN holder or willing to obtain one
n
- High level ofremuneration for services
n

Experience in private practice and additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., sports physiotherapy, neurological physiotherapy) are highly desirable but not a must.
