Morayfield Dental Studio is seeking an experienced dentist to join our growing team.

n

This is an excellent chance for a confident clinician looking to establish themselves within a busy practice while providing a broad range of high-quality general dentistry. Experience or a strong interest in cosmetic and implant dentistry would be highly regarded.

The Opportunity

n

You will join an established and busy clinic with a diverse patient base and a wide variety of treatment opportunities.

n

The position would suit an experienced dentist who enjoys comprehensive treatment planning, building long-term patient relationships and delivering exceptional clinical outcomes.

n

You will have the opportunity to provide a broad range of treatments, including:

- General and preventative dentistry
n
- Comprehensive restorative treatment
n
- Crown and bridgework
n
- CEREC same-day restorations
n
- Cosmetic dentistry
n
- Implant consultations and treatment
n
- Digital treatment planning
n
- Emergency dental care
n

n

Experience in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry or other advanced clinical areas is preferred but not essential. We are most interested in finding a skilled, ethical and patient-focused dentist who wants to continue developing professionally.

Dedicated Treatment Coordination Support

n

Our clinicians are supported by an experienced Treatment Coordinator who helps patients understand their recommended treatment and feel confident moving forward with their care.

n

Treatment coordination support includes:

n

n




- Discussing treatment plans, fees and next steps with patients
n
- Following up outstanding treatment plans
n
- Helping improve patient understanding and treatment acceptance
n
- Explaining available payment and finance options
n
- Assisting eligible patients with the administrative process for early release of superannuation
n
- Coordinating appointments for larger or more complex treatment plans
n
- Maintaining communication with patients throughout their treatment journey
n

This allows our dentists to remain focused on providing exceptional clinical care while patients receive the time, information and support they need when making decisions about their treatment.

About You

n

To be considered for this position, you must have:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- A minimum of two years' experience practising as a dentist in Australia or New Zealand
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian dental workflows, treatment-planning standards and dental item codes
n
- Confidence providing a broad range of general dental treatments
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A patient-centred and ethical approach to dentistry
n
- A commitment to comprehensive, high-quality clinical care
n

n

Experience in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, complex restorative treatment or digital dentistry will be highly regarded.
